



In the kitchen we have a team of 4 chefs. Patrick is the Head chef who has many years wide experience in various restaurants, including working at the coast. He is especially good with seafood.
Under him are Wilson, Shanzu and Alex, some of whom he has worked with before in other places. Alex is responsible for our desserts and cakes, which we bake here freshly every day.
